Mary Alderman “Libby” Rowe, 73, passed away November 6, 2007, at Ocala Regional Medical Center. She was born in Jennings, Florida, and moved to Ocala in 1960. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Ocala, and was a past president of the Junior League, (formerly the Children’s Service League).

She is survived by her husband Charles R. Rowe of Ocala; two sons: Mark and Keith Brandies of Ocala; four grandchildren: Evan, Ryan, Andrew “Drew” Brandies and Devin Simonson; two brothers: Russell Alderman of Jennings, and Herbert Alderman of Monks Corner, South Carolina; two sisters: Rita Griffin of Manchester, Georgia, and Inez Sanderfur of Palatka, Florida.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2007, at Roberts Funeral Homes Bruce Chapel East, 2739 SE Maricamp Rd., Ocala, Florida, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Interment will be in the Burnham Christian Church Cemetery in Jennings.
