Spring 2024 graduation at GSU
ATLANTA — More than 3,500 students earned degrees at the associate’s, bachelor’s, and graduate levels from Georgia State University during its 109th commencement exercises at the end of the spring 2024 semester this May.
Area graduates include:
Kiyanah Blake, of Valdosta, who earned an Associate of Arts degree with studies in Communication.
Jazmyne Clark, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science in the Pre-Medical/Pre-Health Track.
Amber Ogden, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science.
Mary Willis, of Pavo, who earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio with a concentration in Interior Design.
Jayden Hawley, of Lake Park, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with a concentration in Studio.
Taylor named to president’s list
SUMTER, SC — Alison Taylor of Valdosta was among more than 50 students who made the president’s list in the Spring 2024 semester. To reach this high academic achievement, students must maintain a grade point average of 4.00 earned on a minimum of 12 credited semester hours at the end of the previous semester.
