OPENINGS AVAILABLE FOR VSU ALZHEIMER’S DAY CARE PROGRAM: VSU Alzheimer’s Day Care program has openings available for anyone with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. The free program has the goal of preventing isolation by providing daily activities in a home-like environment for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. There is a support group for the caregivers on the third Wednesday of every month at First Christian Church. Volunteers are always needed. Located at 1901 N. BROOKS CO. FALL MAKE-UP GHSGT: The fall make-up for the Georgia High School Graduation Test will be given Sept. 13-16 at Brooks County High School. The Georgia High School Writing Test will be given Sept. 29. All tests begin at 8:15 a.m. sharp: Appropriate dress that meets the dress code of Brooks County High School is required. Persons not currently attending BCHS MUST BRING A PHOTO ID (ex.
