Lucille Bullard Kinard

Lucille Bullard Kinard, 90, Valdosta finished her earthly pilgrimage and celebrated her heavenly homegoing on August 30, 2008. She was a native of White Springs, FL; daughter of Cauley and Kate Bullard, pioneer residents of Hamilton County. She moved to Tallahassee in 1937 where she was employed by the Florida Industrial Commission, retiring from the Department of Commerce in 1979. She moved to Valdosta, GA in 1995 and became a member of the Northside Baptist Church. She was a volunteer for the South Georgia Medical Center for 12 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Ralph E. Kinard. She is survived by her sisters, Alice Carter, Betty Nichols (Don), brother Don Bullard (Roslyn), sister-in-law Miriam Bullard Butler and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to Pearlie Burgess, Mary Bryant, Louise Nelson, Langdale Hospice House and her many friends at Baptist Village.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Culley’s MeadowWood Timberlane Road Chapel, Tallahassee, FL. Memorial services was held on Saturday, September 6, 2008, in the chapel of Northside Baptist Church in Valdosta, Georgia. A private interment to follow in Tallahassee.
