Billy G. Adams

Mr. Billy G. Adams, age 72, of Jennings, FL. passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Suwannee Healthcare in Live Oak following an illness of some time. The Hamilton County native and lifelong resident was born in Jennings to the late Collis W. and Marie Marlowe Adams. He worked for many years as a quality control officer with ITT. Mr. Adams was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Linda Jackson Adams.

Survivors include two sons, Brett Adams (Tina) and Jake Adams (Becky), all of Jennings, FL.; one daughter, Athena Kay Adams Prine (Rudy), Statenville, GA.; four grandchildren.

In keeping with Mr. Adams wishes private memorial services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church (Children’s Dept.) 207 NE 2nd St. Jasper, FL. 32052.

Harry T. Reid Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
