Daniel Tillman, a 2007 graduate of Suwannee High School, was recently named to the 2009 Under Armour Cape Cod Baseball League All-Stars. This league is the premier Summer league for college baseball. In 2008 there were more than 200 Cape Cod league alumni playing in the major leagues. The All-Star game returned this year to Fenway Park in Boston after a 22 year absence. Tillman has 13 appearances, 18.2 innings, 23 strikeouts, four saves and an ERA of 0.00.

Tillman is the son of Bruce and Suzanne Tillman of Live Oak.
