The Ben Carter Band and Justin Case Band  will be entertaining folks June 20-21 at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, with some great country music.

The Ben Carter Band of Starke, new to the SOSMP but not to Suwannee County, will kick off the weekend with a rockin’ good weekend in the Music Hall where you can bring your sweetie and spend the evening dancing, enjoying the good music and having a wonderful evening meal together. The Ben Carter Band (BCB) is comprised of some Ben Carter (lead vocals/guitar/keyboard/harmonica), Matt Wilsey (drums/vocals), Marc Oody (lead guitar) and Johnny Rowland (bass guitar). From backyards to big name venues, The BCB has done it all. The BCB also has an extensive background in weddings. No matter the stage, The BCB’s goal is to make the audience have the time of their lives. Playing everything from Elvis to The Black Eyed Peas, The BCB has a wide variety of songs available upon request. Plan now to be there Friday night, June 20.

Justin Case Band of Live Oak, a long time North Florida band  and Suwannee River Jam artist is one of the favorite bands of SOSMP guests. Justin Case will bring all types of Southern Fried country, Southern rock and just plain good rockin’ music for a great evening Saturday, June 21. This well-known and much loved band can be found at the SOSMP on a regular basis with its super original songs as well as cover songs. Come early both nights. It’s going to be a weekend of great music.

Doors to the Music Hall open at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday night for dinner with from 8 p.m. to midnight. Delicious food and a full service bar available. Dancing is recommended. Don’t forget those dancing shoes.
