VSU softball doubleheader canceled

The Valdosta State softball team’s doubleheader against Miles College, scheduled for today at 4 p.m., has been canceled due to scheduling conflicts.

The Blazers and the Golden Bears were originally scheduled to play a doubleheader at Steel’s Diamond on Thursday, but due to inclement weather in the Memphis, Tenn. area, Miles has been forced to reschedule conference games, which have led the team to cancel the doubleheader.

Valdosta State returns to action on Saturday at 2 p.m. when it travels to Cleveland, Miss. to face Delta State.
