Aggravated assault with deadly weapon charged

A Live Oak man has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for an incident which occurred last November. Justin Stephen Haulsee, 26, of 9272 141st Dr., was arrested June 30, according to Suwannee County Sheriff’s reports.

Haulsee allegedly approached a car and struck an occupant with a closed fist on Nov. 17, 2006. A woman then exited the vehicle and was kicked in the stomach and struck above the right eye with a closed fist by Haulsee, say reports.

Haulsee allegedly displayed a box cutter during the altercation.
