Carlton Edwin Warren

Carlton Edwin Warren, 65, of Nashville passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at his residence.

He was born on May 21, 1943, in Berrien County to the late B.A. and Jeanette Taylor Warren. He was a retired line crew supervisor with Brockway Standard and a member of Cross Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, R.H. Warren, who died Feb. 16, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Watson Warren of Nashville; daughter, Angie (Jason) Fender, Lakeland; two sons, Ben (Lynn) Warren, Nashville, Eric (Alisha) Warren, Nashville; three sisters, Ardella (Carl) Vedas, Valdosta, Domie Jean (Elijah) Stone, Nashville, Ollene (Dorian) Osborne, Nashville; brother, Wayne (Joyce) Warren, Valdosta; sister-in-law, Joyce Warren, Nashville; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Swain, the Rev. Junior Swain, and the Rev. George O’Berry officiating. Interment will be held in Poplar Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held this evening from 7-9 p.m. — Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
