Hines found guilty of first degree murder, attempted armed robbery

A Suwannee County jury found Edward Antonio Hines Jr. guilty of first degree murder and attempted armed robbery for his involvement in the November 2010 slaying of Manuel Raulerson.

The jury returned a verdict around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday night after deliberating since around 5:40 p.m.

Raulerson was killed by a .22 caliber weapon and discovered some time later on the porch of his Suwannee County home by a relative.
