Nashville, Ga. — Chaparral and Robalo Boats was awarded Industry of the Year by the Berrien County Chamber of Commerce at its annual awards banquet held on February 21, 2023.
This prestigious award is presented to an outstanding business in the community that has excelled in the previous year. Despite the many supply chain issues faced during of the pandemic, Chaparral and Robalo saw strong sales and a large number of first-time boat buyers. Founder, Buck Pegg said “This award is special! Chaparral and Robalo are the largest employer in Berrien County and to be awarded Industry of the Year is all about the passion, hard work, loyalty, and pride of our employees, dealers, and customers around the world which locally has a significant impact on our regional economy.”
