At 9:35 p.m., in the 1800 block of Eastwind Road, police responded in reference to a burglary, reports stated. The resident stated an unknown person(s) forcibly entered her residence and stole property, according to reports.
At 6:41 a.m., in the 1800 block of Norman Drive, an unknown person(s) fired some rounds into a closed business window causing approximately $2,000 in damages, reports stated.
At 6:43 p.m., in the 300 block of North Forrest Street, police cited a driver for violating the seat belt law, reports stated. Upon investigating, it was discovered the suspect had two outstanding warrants, according to reports. Stephon Bernard Gary, 23, was charged with probation violation and warrant arrest and cited for not wearing his seat belt, reports stated.
Wednesday
Between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., in the 1400 block of East Park Avenue, police responded to a possible theft call, reports stated. Allen Mitchell, 26, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, according to reports.

At 7:30 p.m., in the 300 block of Simpson Street, police responded to a possible assault, reports stated. Larry Hunt, 59, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to reports.
